Lenz Marketing is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Digital Content Coordinator at our Decatur, GA office for a full-time, hybrid role! Lenz is a fully integrated marketing agency specializing in healthcare marketing.
Digital Content Coordinators help Lenz clients represent their brand across social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms. Reporting to the Media Director, this role manages digital content calendars, executes paid and organic digital campaigns, and monitors digital community engagement on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate is a strong writer with experience in various forms of digital content, including social media, email marketing, and online reputation management. The employee should be organized, productive, collaborative, and proactive in a fast-paced business environment.
Responsibilities Include:
- Developing quarterly content calendars to guide digital content plans for owned channels (social media, email, website, etc.).
- Developing content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.) and scheduling posts via third-party software (Sprout Social).
- Developing content for email marketing communications and distribute via third-party software (Active Campaign, MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
- Daily management of Online Reputation Management (ORM) software like Reputation.com, Rater8, and Social Climb.
- Uploading and managing digital content on client websites (blogs, press releases, and other client news).
- Analysis and development of quarterly client reports for social media, email, and ORM.
- Collaborating with internal teams and directly with external clients for approval and implementation.
- Assisting with miscellaneous projects/activities for other departments, outside agencies, or other organizations as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in social media, content creation, communications, or digital marketing
- Familiarity with all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
- Understanding of best practices for social media and email marketing
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and multitask
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with social media marketing software (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Canva, Meta Business Suite)
- Experience with paid social media management (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Experience with email marketing software (MailChimp, Active Campaign, Constant Contact)
- ORM experience a plus but not required
- Healthcare marketing experience a plus, but is not required. All Lenz employees are required to complete HIPAA Awareness for Business Associates upon hiring.
