This smart Content Management System for medical websites tracks relationships between entities such as doctors, office locations, patient success stories, news articles, and specialties. Once commonalities are found, the system creates “smart content” based on these commonalities. For instance, a page about rhinoplasty would feature a sidebar about a physician who specializes in this type of surgery or a doctor’s biography page would feature a success story from one of his patients based on the CMS. The other feature of this system is a secure application for connecting with patients. This allows patients to request appointments and submit forms online; it also allows offices to receive online referrals and other PHI securely.
