Lenz, an integrated marketing company located in Decatur, Georgia, marked its fifteen-year anniversary on April 8. Lenz has achieved record growth in each of the last fourteen years and continues to provide communications solutions for an ever-expanding client base.

“We are extremely proud of our success, especially in an industry that presents more than its fair share of challenges,” said Richard Lenz, founder, president, and CEO. “It’s the extraordinary support of our clients that has enabled us to stand the test of time.” Lenz, with fifteen years of marketing success, is now a frontrunner in the industry. Unlike many marketing companies who outsource their graphics work to neighboring firms, Lenz streamlines production through its onsite graphic design department. With an in-house marketing director, art director, and public relations manager, the Lenz business model is one of proven efficiency and productivity.

Lenz’s healthcare clients currently include DeKalb Medical, Georgia Cancer Specialists, Atlanta Oncology Associates, and the Georgia Cancer Foundation. Lenz also works closely with academic institutions such as Emory University and Agnes Scott College, and environmental conservation groups including the Georgia Wildlife Federation.

“Through the years, we’ve helped a diverse list of clients develop strong identities, fulfill their missions, and enhance their bottom lines,” Lenz said. Most recently, Lenz has found success in the tourism industry. Lenz was instrumental in promoting the 2006 AJC Decatur Book Festival (DBF), which drew over 50,000 bibliophiles and over 125 world-class authors. The festival’s official promotional poster and website, created by members of the Lenz design team, each took home a Gold Kaleidoscope award for their outstanding contribution to the festival and events industry. Lenz donated its efforts to the inaugural event, and recently was awarded a marketing contract for the 2007 DBF.

Richard Lenz founded the company that is now Lenz in 1992. Operating from his basement, he began the business with a singular focus on newsletter production and design. Since then, the business has evolved into an integrated marketing, public relations, and design firm.

In 1997, Lenz relocated to downtown Decatur, its current home in the Lenz building on the historic Decatur Square. Lenz now employs 8 full-time staff-members. Lenz––an integrated marketing company located in Decatur, GA––develops customized communications tools and strategies for its clients in the healthcare, environmental, academic, and tourism industries.
